SHIPPING POLICY

  • If you buy a ready gift set from our current collection - you should receive your giftbox within 4-7 working days in India. (We are based in Goa)

  • If you’ve placed an order for a customized gift set - then we will need 7-10 days to order the items + 5-7 days for shipping. 

  • Once your payment is completed, we will get in touch with you and request you to share a msg for a card - which we will then design and print ( after your approval). You should receive your giftbox within 4-7 working days in India. (We are based in Goa). You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.​

  • The giftbox is packed inside a cardboard box and then dispatched. Our delivery partners include Delhivery, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, etc.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We don’t offer returns or refunds. We recommend sizing up when making a purchase - as children grow very fast - If you’re shopping for a gift for a 2 month old baby - we recommend getting a gift set from our 3-6M collection.
