How do I place an order?

Go through our current collection - divided into age groups - starting from 0-3M to 5Y. 
Add to cart and complete payment - we will get in touch with you on Whatsapp to design a card with a message from you. 
Once approved - we will print the card, pack up your giftbox and dispatch your order.

What if I want a customized giftbox?

If you want something to be customized (a particular theme/character/occasion/bridesmaid, groomsman, godparents proposal/ Mom-to-be gift) - then get in touch with us on Whatsapp (+91-8605010013) and we can discuss the available options and finalize something. Depending on your budget - we will curate and share a moodboard of options. We usually prefer working with a minimum budget of Rs 2000.

How is the order shipped?

The giftbox is packed inside a cardboard box and then dispatched. Our delivery partners include Delhivery, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, etc.

How many days will it take for me to get my order?

Accepted Answer

If you buy a ready gift set from our current collection - you should receive your giftbox within 4-7 working days in India. (We are based in Goa)
If you’ve placed an order for a customized gift set - then we will need 7-10 days to order the items + 5-7 days for shipping.

What do I do if something doesn't fit?

We always recommend sizing up when making a purchase - as children grow very fast - If you’re shopping for a gift for a 2 month old baby - we recommend getting a gift set from our 3-6M collection.

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

Accepted Answer

​In case of damaged products/missing items, refunds/replacement will be provided if you have a proper unboxing video wherein you unbox the giftbox from the start. The unboxing video should be emailed to designedbytaradise@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.

These giftboxes are entirely customizable - we ask you to give us some information about the person being gifted and then we make recommendations based on your budget. We usually prefer working with a minimum budget of Rs 2000.
